Net Metering Support

Solar energy serves as a long-term power solution, particularly for consumers who own solar energy facilities. The net metering policy enables such consumers to effectively utilize both solar and grid electricity:

  • Application for Net Metering:

    RS Energy assists customers in completing the application and necessary documents according to NEPRA and AEDB requirements.

  • Inspection by DISCO:

    Following application approval, the relevant DISCO conducts an on-site inspection, with RS Energy providing support to clients during this process.

  • Agreement between Consumer & DISCO:

    Upon meeting all legal requirements, the DISCO and consumer sign a seven-year contract.

  • Allotment of License:

    The allocation of an electricity generation license permits the consumer to feed surplus electricity back into the grid.

  • Activation of Net Meter:

    RS Energy facilitates the connection of the inverter and reverse meter, ensuring the seamless transmission of solar power to the grid.
